She initially knocked really loud against her bed to get our attention and then when I proceeded to tell her that unfortunately you decided to stay at Urban Campers where you knew there were no walls….so sound travels. The following night around 8:30pm before quiet hours were enforced someone staying in the tent next to us wanted us to “shut up”.
I was able to use find my iPhone and was able to ping them from within the hostel however I was unable to locate them at the time of my checkout. The only person in our room was the worker who removed my items from my bed, my tent mates hadn’t returned yet and housekeeping had not yet come through. Granted this was my responsibility to place in my locker that I did have inside the tent with a lock on however I choose to make the decision to leave them there thinking no one would touch them. I went to the reception and they informed me that because I was in the wrong bed and no was in the room the collected it however when I received everything back my $200 headphones were missing.
When I returned my pajama bottoms, wireless Beats head phones, towel and a few more items I cannot recall were missing from my bed. I did not recognize this until the following morning after I returned from a 30 min trip to the store across the street. Unfortunately when I checked in it was almost midnight and with quiet hours starting at 10:00pm to follow those guidelines I did not turn the light on when I entered my room and unfortunately I sleep in the wrong assigned bed. Non-smokingīased on my experience I would not stay again. Guests between the age of 17 and 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and only stay in private accommodation. Lockers in tents (bring your own padlock or buy one in the reception) We do not accept customers younger than 17 years of age. All standard reservations are charged 48 hours prior to the arrival date Taxes included. It is a simple buffet with oven baked bread, jam, butter, cheese, chicken cold cuts, salami with juice and water to drink, a filter coffee or tea is also included in the breakfast price. We serve breakfast for from 7 to 10AM every morning. If you will arrive late or after midnight, please let us know via email.

If you fail to show up for your booking without notifying the hostel you will be charged the full amount of the booking and the booking will be cancelled. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date. If the flexible/standard booking is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged. Flexible/standard bookings must be canceled at least 48 hours before date of arrival in order to get a full refund. The total price of the reservation will be charged if you cancel at any time.
